Learners tell us they only have 1% of their work week to dedicate to training but nearly 50% of learners spend 30 minutes or more every day on unofficial, unscheduled, and impromptu learning.
Learners don’t want formal training on their tablets and phones. They want short-form learning content like checklists, scannable articles, short videos and simple quizzes.
