| David Brunel - Chairman of the Board
David has been both an investor and executive in numerous software companies and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of several, including Xitec Software and Anark, the leading provider of next generation interactive 3-D media for complex visualization and training applications. He has spent the bulk of his 25 year career in enterprise software and data management companies. David Brunel was the Chairman of eMotion, a provider of software for managing digital media, resulting from the merger of Cinebase Software and PNI Ltd. Previously, David was the COO of Ardent Software, a leading provider of enterprise software for data management and data warehousing, formed by the merger of Vmark Software and Unidata, Inc. (where David was a founder and CEO). Ardent was subsequently acquired by Informix Software and the combined company was sold to IBM for $1B.

| Mark Hellinger - President and Chief Executive Officer
Prior to Xyleme, Mark was CEO of PRAJA, a market leader in the Business Activity Monitoring space that was successfully sold to TIBCO Software (NASD: TIBX). Prior to this, he was with Disk Software Ltd., a technology incubator, where Mark was a managing partner. Previously, Mark Hellinger was President and COO for Interactive Group, an ERP software supplier which grew rapidly, went public and was sold after it had grown to $60 million in revenue, over 400 employees and 22 offices worldwide. He joined Interactive when the company had just over 20 people and was principally responsible for its rapid global expansion and sales growth. Mark is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
|  | Dawn Poulos - Vice President of Marketing
Dawn Poulos has over 10 years of experience in the high-tech sector both in the US and Europe. At Xyleme, Dawn successfully built the company’s financial services market working with global investment banks such as JP Morgan Chase and Deutsche Bank in the areas of equity research, derivatives, and risk management. She is the author of several white papers and trade articles focusing on the topics of XML integration, as well as storage, search, and business intelligence. Before Xyleme, Dawn was working in Silicon Valley as Director of Business Development at web content management vendor Wego Systems Inc. which was successfully acquired by Astoria Software. Prior to Wego, Dawn worked in the network mediation / billing space for Narus Inc. where she was responsible for delivering WorldCom as the company’s first Marquee customer, resulting in the company securing $26mn in financing. Dawn also held strategic positions at SGI and began her career as a financial analyst at Procter & Gamble where she received a company award for excellence within only two years of employment. Dawn Poulos holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
|  | Jeffrey Katzman - Vice President & Chief Learning Officer
Jeff has provided thought leadership and served as the product visionary for three market leading eLearning companies. Prior to Xyleme, he was Vice President of Product Management for Avaltus, where he transformed their existing eLearning products into a market leading enterprise solution. Before this, Jeff was a founder and Chief Strategist at Peer3, a pioneer in XML Learning Objects and the first XML-based Learning Content Management System. Jeffrey Katzman has been at the cutting edge of learning technologies, content management and knowledge management throughout his career, and was a founder at CourseNet Systems, an award-winning multimedia content producer. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
|  | Todd Frazier - Vice President of Engineering
Todd Frazier has been developing next-generation LCMS systems with over fifteen years of professional experience in senior IT roles. His experience includes an extensive background in all aspects of software production including architecture/design, lifecycle development, tools, implementation, testing and documentation. Previously, while studying Computer Science at the University of Utah, Todd researched interactive simulation and advanced computer graphics algorithms. This passion continued into his career while developing high-end military training simulation and distributed visualization systems. Todd Frazier has served on numerous standardization bodies including the OpenGL Architectural Review Board and OpenGL Performance Characterization committee. Todd Frazier holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
|  | Stuart Grossman - Vice President of Client Services
Stuart Grossman has over 15 years of experience in design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training systems and performance support tools. Prior to Xyleme, Stuart was a Curriculum Design Manager at Amgen, a large biotechnology company in Southern California. He also founded a consulting group with Dr. Allison Rossett and Dr. Bob Hoffman at San Diego State, bringing together faculty, professional staff, and talented graduate students to create innovative applications of learning technology for clients. Stuart has successfully built and managed teams of learning professionals. Having spent most of his career at the intersection of technology and learning, he has personally designed and developed custom web-based, blended, and CD-ROM training for clients such as Amgen, Ford Motor Company, Freightliner Trucks, the Internal Revenue Service and San Diego State University. Stuart received his Master's Degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University. |
