The American College of Cardiology (ACC) provides its members with the education they need to stay licensed, certified, and at the top of their profession. Cardiovascular healthcare professionals are under constant time pressure, the science and technology in the field is rapidly evolving, and the regulatory burden increases each year. ACC needs an educational strategy that is user-friendly, dynamic, and innovative, allowing members to easily identify their individual knowledge gaps and find educational offerings to close those gaps.

After a thorough search, ACC selected Xyleme as its learning content platform and used it to launch updated versions of two flagship products in July 2016: ACCSAP 9 and Heart Songs 4.
ACC is constantly working to improve and innovate its educational offerings. Next steps and goals for the ACC include expanding its data analysis capabilities, offering more blended learning experiences, and launching a downloadable mobile app so that learners can access the education they need whether they are on- or offline.
