About
I work as the Vice President of Marketing for Xyleme. A job I love for two reasons. First, the cutting-edge XML technology totally rocks. Second, and most importantly, Xyleme understands that making contributions to the learning community far outweighs shoving a marketing message down people’s throats.
This blog is a collection of my thoughts & musings on learning in the workplace and the technologies & processes that support it. The content comes from research but even more from my collaboration and readings from the wide collection of experts in the learning community. I’m learning a tremendous amount from so many people and hopefully, I’m adding a bit of additional insight to the community.
That being said, these reflections are my own and sometimes they don’t necessarily agree or reflect the views of Xyleme or our partners – and that’s a good thing, I’m not a corporate cog!
Finally, I’ve been in the high-tech field for the past 10 years, the last four in learning content management. I received my MBA from Harvard Business School and prior to that, worked as a cost and financial analyst at Procter & Gamble. I’m an avid yogi, health food nut, jogger, and really, just have the best little family that anyone could possibly ask for.
