David Brunel - Chairman of the Board David has been both an investor and executive in numerous software companies and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of several, including Xitec Software and Anark, the leading provider of next generation interactive 3-D media for complex visualization and training applications. He has spent the bulk of his 25 year career in enterprise software and data management companies. David Brunel was the Chairman of eMotion, a provider of software for managing digital media, resulting from the merger of Cinebase Software and PNI Ltd. Previously, David was the COO of Ardent Software, a leading provider of enterprise software for data management and data warehousing, formed by the merger of Vmark Software and Unidata, Inc. (where David was a founder and CEO). Ardent was subsequently acquired by Informix Software and the combined company was sold to IBM for $1B. |

Mark Hellinger - President and Chief Executive Officer Mark is one of the training industry’s leading technologists. He has over 25 years of experience with a track record of building successful technology companies from early-stage private investment through IPO or acquisition. Prior to Xyleme, Mark was CEO of PRAJA, a leader in Business Activity Monitoring that was successfully sold to TIBCO Software. Previously, Mark was President & COO for ERP vendor Interactive Group, responsible for the global expansion that led to its IPO and subsequent sale. Mark is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |

Gilles Arnaud – Chief Financial Officer Gilles has over 25 years of experience in finance including 15 years as a corporate and an investment banker in New York, Paris and London. His experience includes IPO’s, long- and short-term financing, treasury and risk management and reporting. Gilles spent close to ten years as the financial executive of venture-backed software company and was pivotal in raising funds in Europe and the US, and developing the business. Subsequently, he managed the merger of the company into an international investment group and its subsequent sale. As an independent CFO consultant, Gilles has had deep experience advising companies on financial strategy, raising capital, creating business plans, reorganizing accounting and developing financial projections, valuation and terms of funding. Gilles is a graduate from the “Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris” (MBA program of Sciences Po) and majored in economics for his undergraduate degree at the University of Bordeaux. |

Dawn Poulos - Vice President of Marketing With over 12 years of experience in both the US and Europe, Dawn is responsible for the market strategy that has driven Xyleme’s rapid revenue growth. Dawn is the author of the popular Dawn of Learning blog and has written numerous white papers and trade articles focusing on the topics of next generation learning technologies, social learning, and the business case for XML and content reusability. Prior to Xyleme, Dawn worked for a number of start-ups including network mediation and billing vendor Narus Inc. where she was responsible for delivering the company’s first Marquee customer, resulting in the company securing $26mn in financing. Dawn began her career as a financial analyst at Procter & Gamble where she received a company award for excellence within only two years of employment. She holds an undergraduate degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. |

Stuart Grossman - Vice President of Client Services Stuart has over 20 years of experience in design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training systems and performance support tools. He has lead the implementation of the Xyleme LCMS for clients such as Information Builders, Jones Knowledge Integration Group, Butterfield Bank, and Baker-Hughes among others. Prior to Xyleme, Stuart was a Curriculum Design Manager at Amgen, a global biotechnology company. He also founded a consulting group with Dr. Allison Rossett and Dr. Bob Hoffman at San Diego State, bringing together faculty, professional staff, and talented graduate students to create innovative applications of learning technology for clients. Stuart has successfully built and managed teams of learning professionals. Having spent most of his career at the intersection of technology and learning, he has personally designed and developed custom web-based, blended, and CD-ROM training for clients such as Amgen, Ford Motor Company, the Internal Revenue Service and San Diego State University. Stuart received his Master's Degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State University. |

Jeffrey Katzman - Vice President & Chief Learning Officer Jeff has provided thought leadership and served as the product visionary for three market leading Learning companies. Prior to Xyleme, he was Vice President of Product Management for Avaltus, where he helped transform their existing eLearning products into a market leading enterprise solution. Before this, Jeff was a founder and Chief Strategist at Peer3, a pioneer in XML Learning Objects and one of the first commercial Learning Content Management Systems. Jeff has been at the cutting edge of learning technologies, content management and knowledge management throughout his career, and was a founder at CourseNet Systems, an award-winning multimedia content producer. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan. |

Greg Schottland - Vice President of Operations Greg has over 25 years experience in starting and growing software companies in evolving markets. He has both created and run startups, as well as large public companies and is familiar with all aspects of the business. Greg founded object oriented tools leader Advanced Software Technologies, growing it to the number two player behind Rational Software before being acquired. He has implemented turnarounds as President of Xitec Software, Inc. and was General Manager of public company BluePhoenix. Greg has worked for Bell Laboratories, Lockheed Martin and IBM and holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois and a B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado. |
